Mayaland has a special program where you can learn more about the Mayan culture with the help of INDEMAYA H'men (Mayan priest). The tourists can see the Mayan ritual where the priest offers Balche and Chaka (sacred drinks). Also, Hacienda Uxmal is decorated with wooden furniture made by local artist and during the lunch or dinner you can admire traditional dances and Yucatecan songs in the restaurant.
The company is committed to the education of their employees, because every period of time Hacienda Uxmal offers support to finish their basic education. The most have completed their elementary school and secondary. Also, the company helps some communities and gives conferences to the locals for free about the health care.
